Quality Control & Improvement
Initial Production Check
It refers to inspection at any point along the production cycle. It checks the parameters within each section of the process and whether they are in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and EASA. Include: Time-based intervals, Quantity-based intervals, Freely-defined intervals.
Container Loading Inspection(CLS)
We send our inspectors on-site to monitor the whole process of the loading of the products. And Some products are randomly checked. Container loading Include: products quality, packing, condition of the loading truck, the loading process, the sealing number of the locked.
It demands 100% production completed and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons. Samples are checked randomly by AQL standard. Include: quantity, workmanship, packing, marking & labeling, on-site tests, client special requirement.
During Production Inspection(DPI)
When the goods are more than 20% finished, DPI can be conducted during production. We check the production schedule and confirm products ready per your shipment schedule. Include : marking & labeling, quantity, workmanship, client special requirement, on-site tests, semi-finished product check, raw materials check, packing.
Full Check
It means that we will check the products one by one and take enough picture. Some tests will be done to see if the products meet the standard. Usually, we will check the quality, packing, tests, data measurement, client special inspection demands etc
Factory Audit (FA)
The inspector on-site to check all the information of factory customers needs’. While assessing various manufacturers and suppliers, some clients enjoy the comfort engaging us as an independent third-party to assist them with all aspects of doing business in China. AQL stands for Acceptable Quality Level. It is defined as the “quality level that is the worst tolerable”. We use the well-proven and widely adopted international standard ISO2859 (equivalent to MIL-STD-105e, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003, NF06-022, BS6001, DIN40080, and GB2828) to measure the acceptable quality level of the products we inspect.

The sampling table includes 2 tables. One is the table to determine the code letters as per the lot size (see table A below), the other is the AQL table (see table B below) which tells the sample size should be chosen and the maximum acceptable defect counts.
